Subject: Fish 2005 - Survey on mail ordering by cheque and postal orders

We are currently examining our mail order service and have noticed a number of problems have occurred with fans who have ordered goods and offered to pay for them with either cheques or postal orders. I would sincerely appreciate if any of you out there who have purchased items using any method except Credit Card since December 2004 could take a bit of time and fill out a questionnaire in order that we can take steps to eliminating problems that have occurred in the past. Your help would be sincerely appreciated on this as we endeavour to create a more efficient service in the new office set up. We consider this an important area of our mail order operation and we feel that your response can help us understand and identify where things have gone wrong and where we can improve our systems.
